The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our Laverton North and Dandenong branches, driving growth and operational excellence in reinforcing bar processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage operational, distribution, and sales teams to achieve high-performance culture
  • Develop and execute plans to optimize processes and drive exceptional sales performance
  • Champion a strong safety culture and oversee a sales team to achieve customer growth in the commercial bar segment
  • Coach and develop team members, collaborating with other Area and Regional Leaders to identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Manage P&L, EBIT, and financial reporting responsibilities
Requirements
  • Proven track record in operational management and leadership
  • Successful experience in leading sales teams and driving growth
  • Industry experience within reinforcing, building products, construction, or industrial manufacturing
  • Ability to implement a high-performance culture across multiple branches
