Multiskilled Care Assistant

As a Multiskilled Support Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
About the RoleThis hands-on position involves rotating between cleaning, laundry, and catering duties to create a safe and homely environment for our residents. You will work closely with our care and hospitality teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, assist with meal preparation and service, and contribute to residents' overall comfort and dignity.
Main Responsibilities:- Cleaning: Maintain spotless living spaces, including residents' rooms and common areas, through vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
- Laundry: Wash, dry, iron, and return personal and facility laundry while adhering to infection control procedures.
- Catering: Assist in preparing and serving meals, setting tables, and ensuring meals meet residents' dietary needs.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with care and hospitality staff to ensure residents feel valued and respected.
- Safety: Adhere to workplace health, safety, and infection control guidelines at all times.
