**About the role**:
We are seeking** Multiskilled Carers**to join our Residential Care teams at our **Juniper Annesley** facility in **Bentley**on a **permanent part time** basis.

As a Multiskilled Carer, you will support residents with their daily living, social, and emotional needs, delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, and independence. You will play an important role in enhancing residents' well-being and quality of life, ensuring they feel welcome, valued, and supported.
- Week 1: Saturday 7:00-15:00, Sunday 7:00- 15:00_
- Week 2: Tuesday 7:00-13:00, Saturday 7:00-15:00, Sunday 7:00-15:00_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care including assistance with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Support residents' independence and participation in meaningful daily activities, promoting dignity and choice
- Assist with the safe administration of medication in accordance with Juniper policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with nursing, allied health, and management personnel
- Contribute to infection prevention and workplace health and safety practices
- Assist with mealtime support to ensure nutritional needs are met
- Foster a kind, respectful, and supportive environment that upholds Juniper's values and the rights of residents
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work across different sites and shifts, supporting continuity of care

**Key Requirements**
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
- Experience working in an aged care setting as a carer
- Ability to relate to elderly customers with empathy and collaborate effectively with health professionals, service providers, and case managers
- Ability to interpret individual care plans and provide tailored care to meet individual goals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Understanding of cognitive strategies, social interaction, and meeting the mental and emotional health needs of residents
- Ability to meet all compliance requirements including a National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and adherence to the Aged Care Code of Conduct
