Our organization seeks a talented professional to fill the role of Research and Engagement Specialist.

Description

This position plays a vital part in delivering high-impact research and stakeholder engagement that enhances our sustainable investment products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, ESG factors, and impact investing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply our proprietary assessment frameworks to analyze ESG, sustainability, and impact factors for securities, including stocks and bonds.
  • Conduct research to support the use of positive and negative screening in investment products.
  • Support and participate in our thematic research program.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate research, meetings, and reporting on engagement activities with issuers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support their ESG, sustainability, and impact goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in environment, sustainability, social policy, or a related field are highly regarded.
  • Two to three years of experience with sustainability or ESG-related issues.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including advanced writing and presentation skills.
  • Proven organizational and information management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of investment markets is preferred.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving positive change.
