Summary:

A dynamic and enthusiastic individual is required to join our Front Office Team as a Porter. As a key member of the team, you will be the face of the hotel, creating magical memories for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Valet parking of guest cars.
  • Delivery of luggage to guest rooms.
  • Assisting with guest enquiries, such as providing directions and recommendations.
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving any complaints.

Requirements

  • High level of grooming and personal presentation.
  • High level of both written and verbal communication.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Previous experience with Opera is advantageous.
  • Full Open Driver's License within Australia.
  • Manual Driver's License is advantageous.
