Leads the development and implementation of Configuration Management (CM) processes and frameworks in alignment with Defence policies and standards.

The successful candidate will manage Configuration Items across the capability lifecycle, ensuring traceability, status accounting and configuration audits.

Supports engineering and program teams in the identification, control and verification of system baselines and changes.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Information Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Configuration Management within a Defence or complex, regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of Defence standards, CM tools and change management frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage configuration control boards, baseline reviews and audits
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
