Senior Construction Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction professional to join our team as a Site Engineer.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects, ensuring effective risk management and maintaining excellent client relationships.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with all stages of project delivery, including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, and methodology and procurement.
- Evaluate safety, time, cost, and quality effectively.
- Contribute to project planning and programming tasks.
- Manage client relationships through liaison and coordination.
- Monitor the performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates.
- Report production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Source plant, equipment, and material for procurement.
- Issue PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs as required.
- Ensure project compliance with the Integrated Management System.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Relevant experience as an Engineer is essential.
- Ability to learn and grow quickly is important.
- Excellent rapport with subcontractors is necessary.
- Contract management experience is beneficial.
