Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling brand narratives and driving marketing efforts.

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing website and social media presence, and leading product development initiatives through insightful market research.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to analyze data to derive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Strategy Development
    • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and brand.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Set measurable goals and KPIs for marketing campaigns, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  3. Website Management
    • Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the website.
    • E nsure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and reflective of the brand identity.
    • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement new features and improve functionality.
  5. Social Media Management
    • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online community interactions.
    • Create compelling content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  7. Product Development and Market Research
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and emerging opportunities.
    • Work closely with the product development team to translate research findings into innovative product ideas.
    • Collaborate on the development of new products and assess their market potential.
  9. Campaign Management
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including events, partnerships, and sponsorships.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a Masters in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, strong proficiency in website management, SEO, and social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
