Job Description:

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for managing the installation of floor finishes. This involves collecting materials from warehouses and transporting them to site locations. You will assess site health and safety risks, unload and install materials at building sites, and understand floor installation layout plans.

You will also need to quantify and estimate costs of repair work, floor preparation, and other aspects of installation work. Additionally, you will clean work areas of waste material and report job completion to the Operations Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in floor installations (floor prep, timber, vinyl)
  • Certified III in Carpentry or Flooring
  • Self-motivated and solutions-oriented individual
  • English language proficiency
  • Physical fitness and good health
  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lead and train junior installers
  • White card and associated skills certificates
  • Valid driver's license
