We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our executive leadership team as Head of Business Operations, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation's smooth operation and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

This senior position will require strategic thinking, expertise, and strong leadership skills to oversee Governance, Integrity, Finance, and Risk functions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide critical business support functions to enable the Board, sub-committees, and staff to function effectively and efficiently.
  • Lead on preparation of papers and minutes for all Board and sub-committee meetings, including the Audit & Risk Committee (ARC) and Nominations Committee.
  • Review By Laws, constitutional changes, and maintain the Risk Register and risk framework.
  • Oversee finance and integrity functions, ensuring sound financial management and embedding a culture of child safeguarding.
  • Influence and educate key stakeholders on organisational values and culture.

About You

We're looking for a highly qualified professional with a strong background in Law / Governance, Business Management, Human Resources, or related fields. Your experience should include policy, governance, integrity, finance, risk, and compliance roles. You must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

A love for sport and a desire to contribute to its growth are essential. A current Police Check and Working with Children Check are also mandatory.
