Project Contract Manager
Job Description:Artelia is a leading engineering group with 10,100 employees and a consolidated turnover of €1.15 bn in 2024.
We are seeking a Project Contract Manager willing to relocate to another Asia country to work in high-profile #port #infrastructure project within our team.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder coordination ensuring all contractual obligations are met across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including EPC consultancy vendor agreements.
- Ensure alignment with FIDIC local regulations and client-specific requirements.
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Adhere to statutory regulatory frameworks maritime environmental compliance.
- Liaise with legal teams procurement engineering client representatives to ensure contractual clarity alignment.
- Support dispute resolution claims management processes.
- Monitor scope changes variations prepare documentation for claims change orders.
- Maintain logs records of contractual correspondence amendments.
- Develop contract status reports risk registers dashboards for senior management.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree postgraduate in Contract Management.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project contract management of large construction projects similar capacity on supply/base port projects.
- Familiarity with FIDIC NEC or other international contracting standards.
- Strong analytical negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software MS Office Suite.
