Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead and grow our service & workshop division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commissioning and installation of new and used amusement games, as well as managing and controlling the scheduling of field repairs and maintenance for amusement game machines at entertainment venues, cinemas, corporations, and homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, servicing, and repairing machinery or electrical equipment, leading a team, and scheduling internal and external jobs and tasks in order of importance. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

  • Leading a team of technicians in the workshop and field service department.
  • Managing the commissioning and installation of new and used amusement games.
  • Managing and controlling the scheduling of field repairs and maintenance for amusement game machines.
  • Developing KPIs, measuring, and controlling outcomes.
  • Liaising with international suppliers to obtain technical data/insights.

About You

  • You are a stickler for details and have built your own processes and systems to ensure nothing is missed from a complex installation or routine maintenance check.
  • You're driven by customer satisfaction and not afraid to challenge someone else's assessment if you believe they've missed something.
  • You will develop insights to determine when parts are due to wear out and work with spare parts team to ensure stock is available for when the customer seeks a replacement.
