About the Role

Aware Super is seeking an experienced Investment Operations Implementation and Solutioning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Investment Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting activities in fund implementation, trade operations, investment support, and oversight of middle office outsourced services.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the day-to-day investment operations and service delivery execution by the team.
  2. Serving as the central point of contact for investment teams for fund implementation.
  3. Project management planning of all fund implementation activities across the investment teams to ensure coordination and adequate resource allocation to meet deadlines.
  4. Monitoring of service delivery from outsourcing vendors contracted for key investment operations functions and analyzing performance.
  5. Short-term planning and day-to-day oversight.
  6. Driving change management activities and projects.
  7. Providing subject matter expertise to business and projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role.
  2. Tertiary qualified in a relevant field.
  3. Strong understanding of OTC Derivatives, Collateral, and Regulatory projects.
  4. Project Management knowledge and project planning/coordination skills.
  5. Advanced technical knowledge and experience of Aladdin / eFront / Matrix (Rimes) / GoldenSource.
  6. Ability to integrate knowledge and experience in investment operations/middle office services management within the team operations.
