Role Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include managing fire safety systems for our diverse customer portfolio. This encompasses:
- Installation, modification, commissioning, and maintenance of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Smoke Alarms, and Emergency/Exit Lighting
- Conducting inspections and testing of fire systems in compliance with AS 1851 standards
- Assisting in expanding our customer base by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Engaging with customers to provide necessary support
- Offering expert recommendations on fire protection systems and equipment
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably within the Fire Protection sector
- Must possess Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Current Electrical License is essential
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Cabling License is preferred
- Electrical Trade Qualification is advantageous
- Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry is a plus
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and police background check
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to customer service
- Reliable and hardworking
- Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial
