About the Job Responsibilities
  • Support key HCM systems within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, risk, and IT standards and policies.
  • Analyze, recommend, design, implement, and manage changes and updates to software, including major upgrades and configurations.
  • Create quality documentation and lead workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system improvements.
  • Collaborate within a high-performing and highly collaborative team to support the People systems' portfolio.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Workday core HCM, with additional experience desirable in Compensation and Benefits, Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning, Absence and time tracking, and Reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to recommend and implement software changes, with knowledge of ITIL or similar IT operations support frameworks.
  • Proven experience in creating quality documentation and leading workshops, with strong communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal.
  • Possibly hold Workday module certifications.
