KEY EXPECTATIONS
  1. Provide expertise in multiple modules in the Workday HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking)
  2. Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
  3. Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday
  4. Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  5. Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge
  6. Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support
  7. Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects
  8. Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices
  9. Maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is reputable and referenceable once in production
  10. Provide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status
  11. Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
  12. Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications
  13. Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems)
  14. Demonstrate computational thinking. Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs
  15. Contribute to and mold a culture of continuous education among your colleagues, mentees, and managers - serve as a professional role model
  16. Provide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoption
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  1. 3+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking
  2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  3. Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  4. Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
  5. Demonstrated project management experience
  6. Functional human resources experience
  7. Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  8. Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  10. Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  11. Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  12. Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus
  13. Expected travel is +/-30% depending on project
