In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care that respects the dignity and worth of each individual
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and residents
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of nursing policies and procedures
  • Acting as a role model and supporting new staff members in their induction process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated experience in palliative care and knowledge of AN-ACC
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate
