Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
About the Role:
- Conduct thorough diagnoses of patients' oral health, including detailed charting and documentation.
- Deliver high-quality therapy and hygiene services to patients of all ages, with a focus on building strong relationships and promoting long-term oral health.
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive treatment planning and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in dental care, participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
- A recognized Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent) and full registration as an Oral Health Therapist with AHPRA.
- Proven experience as a full scope OHT in both therapy and hygiene settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
- A calm and confident approach, with a focus on providing a positive patient experience.
