Job Description

Oral Health Therapist – Full Scope

At Jetty Road Dental Centre , we do more than dentistry. We build relationships, champion growth, and make an impact — one smile at a time.

We're currently looking for a Full Scope Oral Health Therapist to join our thriving team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to practice at the top of their scope, supported by a forward-thinking clinical network and a team that genuinely cares.

This is an independent role where you get to drive growth and reap the rewards.

The practice spans across Monday to Saturday, where you will independently attend to your patients.

What your role will look like:

- Contribute to the heartbeat of the practice with your clinical expertise, patient-first approach, and treatment planning capability.
- Build excellent relationships with the dentists to contribute to the growth of the practice and the culture
- Provide full diagnoses of oral health - full scope OHT
- Detailed diagnosis filling patients' dentals and Perio charts
- Support the clinicians for comprehensive and holistic Treatment Planning
- Deliver exceptional hygiene and therapy care to patients of all ages — from prevention and education - to treatment.
- Help patients to rebook and to take up Treatment Plans with a proper handover at reception.
- Create tailored oral health plans and motivate patients to achieve long-term health.
- Work autonomously with the comfort of being supported by our experienced dentists, dental assistants, and Practice Manager.

What we offer:

- Permanent employment or contracting with commission plus bonuses
- A strong clinical culture with full-scope support from like-minded professionals.
- A well designed practice with modern technology and equipment.
- Opportunities to grow your career across our national network — whether you want to mentor, educate, or lead.
- Ongoing professional development and CPD support.
- A team-first culture that celebrates wins, learns from challenges, and always backs each other.

What you'll bring:

- A recognised Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent) and full AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist.
- Experience as a full scope OHT - in both therapy (restorative care for kids/adolescents) and hygiene (adult periodontal care).
- A confident, calm approach with patients — you're great at building trust and motivating behavioural change.
- Up-to-date with infection control, radiography licence (state-based).
- A growth mindset and a passion for improving lives through better oral health.

Why Jetty Road Dental Centre?

We're part of a national network with a local feel. That means:

- Autonomy in your work, but never on your own.
- Clinical excellence without compromise.
- A company that invests in you – professionally, personally, and with real leadership pathways.
- Excellent commissions and bonuses.

At Jetty Road we're proud of our team, our practices, and our vision for the future of Australian dentistry. If you're ready to be part of something meaningful, let's talk.
