We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part Time Retail Security Officer. As a key member of our team, you will provide security services at Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre, supporting all tenants, guests, and visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with key tenants
  • Managing access and responding to client requests
  • Ensuring site safety and security
  • Demonstrating proactive security awareness

Requirements:

  • Current QLD Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
  • Apply First Aid Certificate
  • Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Able to take ownership of service delivery
  • Ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
