We are seeking a skilled Civil Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Gosnells, Australia. This is a full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) with a nine-day fortnight and two additional public holidays.

">About the Role

This position involves working on concreting, kerbing, and civil maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in concreting, kerbing, and civil maintenance as well as proficiency in reading plans and calculating material quantities.

">Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify maintenance requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment.
  • Assist in planning and executing large-scale construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
">Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in civil maintenance or a related field.
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (e.g., MR driver's license, White Card, National Police Clearance).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
