About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Medibank. As a Local Community Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with the community.

About You:

  • You are a multitasking super star with the ability to apply your knowledge across various channels including virtual messaging, face-to-face as well as our phone-based systems.
