Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Growth Marketing environment, with expertise in web-based campaigns and data-driven decision making. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or related fields is required. Knowledge of web best practices, including UX/UI, SEO, CRO, web performance, copywriting, usability, and accessibility is also essential.
- Develop campaign and content strategies that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and measurement of campaigns
- Manage the digital experience in APAC for Macquarie Asset Management's public websites
