About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
  • Expand your knowledge of our premium tea blends and become a tea expert, making recommendations to customers.
  • Manage high volumes of stock, maintaining accurate inventory levels and undertaking visual merchandising to meet company standards.
  • Take care of your own health and safety, as well as the safety of others, by following our safety policies and procedures.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is ready to learn and take on new challenges. You will be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
