As a Holiday Season Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in-store during the most exciting and busiest time of the year, from October to February. Contribute to the festive atmosphere, ensuring customers have an exceptional in-store experience during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: create an exceptional customer experience by providing styling advice, offering recommendations, and helping our customers find their outfits or gifts
  • Stock Management: Assist with unpacking deliveries and refill stock on the shop floor.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.

About the Role:

This is a short-term casual contract with no guaranteed minimum hours per week. Due to our retail business operating seven days a week, including late nights, having flexible availability is important.
