Retail Store Leadership Role

As a Sales Team Leader, you will have direct responsibility for leading and guiding a team of up to 25 sales professionals. You will drive business performance by maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.

  • You will work closely with your Stock Coordinator to maintain optimal stock levels throughout the store, maximizing return on floor space.
  • You will prepare and monitor: store schedules, sales reports & team compliance.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our Port Douglas, QLD store.
  • You will enjoy a 38-hour week with flexible pay, where your remuneration is directly tied to your hours worked.
  • You will receive overtime penalties for any excess hours worked.
