As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of payroll and reporting services. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business outcomes and supporting the achievement of our goals.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement clear objectives, performance measures, and targets to guide the work of the payroll and reporting teams.
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members, developing their knowledge, competence, and capability through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Facilitate collaboration across the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure remuneration and payroll services are aligned and effective.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, superannuation, Award compliance, and contractual obligations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve management controls and streamline reporting requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of remuneration and reporting system optimisation initiatives.

About You

  • Qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or project management would be beneficial.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and flexible approach.
  • Experience and capability in HR processes and procedure development.
  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting and applying provisions of industrial agreements and Awards.
  • Experience in designing and developing visual analytical data.
