Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our People Experience (PX) team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in transforming people and data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and support strategic workforce decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex people data from various systems, including HRIS platforms.
  2. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytics projects and insights.
  3. Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards that showcase workforce trends, employee lifecycle metrics, DEI outcomes, attrition risks, engagement, and more.
  4. Present insights in a compelling and accessible way using storytelling and visualization techniques.
  5. Identify opportunities for automation, predictive modeling, and data pipelines to enhance analytics capabilities.
  6. Develop scalable analytics products using SQL, Python, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  7. Support A/B testing and statistical modeling for people interventions.
  8. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR business partners, providing insights that inform policies, program design, and strategic workforce decisions.
  9. Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to define success metrics and understand business questions.
  10. Work with People Operations and IT to improve data quality and enhance data governance practices.
  11. Contribute to shaping a data-informed culture within the HR function by developing training programs and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with the wider analytics community to contribute to tools, frameworks, and standards across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in data analytics, with a focus on HR, people analytics, or workforce planning.
  • Strong technical capability with tools like Snowflake, BDT, SQL, Python, R, or similar for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience working with HR data from systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Familiarity with digital data sources like survey tools, learning platforms, and engagement tools would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive clear insights from complex datasets.
  • High level of data literacy, and a passion for using data to improve employee experience and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
