We offer opportunities for new veterinarians to gain practical experience and build on their competencies through structured graduate development programs, clinical placements, and mentoring. Our graduate program is designed to provide a supportive environment for you to learn and develop as a veterinarian.
You will have the opportunity to choose from a range of clinical placements that align with your interests, including Specialty & Emergency hospitals, the RSPCA, and international placements through our charitable arm. This will allow you to gain diverse experience and skills in various areas of veterinary practice.
As part of our graduate program, you will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will provide support and guidance throughout your career with us. You will also have access to regular training and development opportunities, including our annual Clinical Conference, which is Australia's largest veterinary symposium.
