About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Colliers. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in leading project delivery teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordination of designs and contract administration.
  • Stakeholder Negotiation: Negotiate with stakeholders (clients, Authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, train and mentor staff.
  • Commercial Management: Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial targets including budgets, profitability etc.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery.
  • Leadership and Project Management Skills: Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management.
  • Industry Awareness: High level industry awareness and engagement.
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications.
