Job Title:

Executive General Manager

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead a division that oversees Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for driving the TAC's performance and enabling agile and high-impact decision-making.
  • As Chief Risk Officer, you will hold formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee, ensuring robust and effective enterprise risk management.
  • You will lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable value through strategic insights generated from complex data.
  • With a strong understanding of the public sector context, you will foster a culture where meaningful work, community impact, and continuous improvement come together.
Requirements:
  • Proven executive leader with deep expertise in business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related disciplines—ideally within insurance or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of the public sector context.
  • Ability to generate strategic insights from complex data, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable value.
  • People leadership, collaboration, strategic foresight, innovative thinking, and commitment to delivering outcomes with integrity, courage, accountability, and empathy.
Employment Details:

Full-time, 3-year executive contract.

Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working.
