Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment and Management: Build, configure, and deploy laptops and workstations using Quest Kace Systems Deployment and Management tools.
  • End-User Support: Provide expert support for end-user computing devices, ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including as-built documents, technical manuals, and process guides.
  • Change Management: Drive and manage changes within the organization, balancing competing priorities, and delivering projects within tight timeframes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with colleagues, senior executives, and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure that all deployed devices adhere to security and compliance standards in line with organizational and governmental guidelines.
Selection Criteria
  • Experience in deploying, configuring, and managing end-user devices using Quest Kace Systems Deployment and Management tools.
  • Proven ability to provide expert support for end-user computing environments.
  • Experience in managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines, with the ability to maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.
  • Understanding of security and compliance standards, with a track record of ensuring deployed devices meet guidelines.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a technical service desk position.
  • Experience in developing and deploying PowerShell automations.
