Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Allied Health Professional to lead our Tasmania Eating Disorder Service (TEDS) team.

The Role

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of TEDS South.
  • Develop and manage a multidisciplinary team, delivering specialist community intensive based treatment for adults with an eating disorder.
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical processes and individual client outcomes.
  • Effectively manage human and physical resources to drive business growth.
  • Lead change management initiatives statewide and at a regional level, including the development and implementation of service policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Enhance consumer and carer participation in all levels of the service.
  • Facilitate collaborative working arrangements and relationships with key stakeholders.
