
Dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist Needed

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on an as-needed basis.
- Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders, utilizing cutting-edge techniques and research-based methodologies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Provide expert therapy services for patients with articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties, employing evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Collaborate closely with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on effective communication and swallowing strategies, promoting empowerment and independence.
- Work effectively within interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, fostering open communication and seamless collaboration.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology, participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the relevant state.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in speech therapy is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse populations and adapt to changing situations.
- Certifications: CPR certification (preferred).
