About the Role:
  • As a Day Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for performing various treatments such as massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, hair cutting, styling, and coloring
  • You will consult with clients to assess their beauty and wellness needs and recommend appropriate services
  • Your primary goal is to create a serene environment that promotes relaxation and comfort for clients
  • You will maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, tools, and equipment
  • You will keep accurate records of services performed and products used on clients

  • You will stay current with the latest beauty trends and techniques
  • You will work collaboratively within a team to provide excellent service and achieve operational goals
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of experience as a Spa Therapist in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge and skills in various beauty treatments, hair techniques, and spa services
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and personalized care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in beauty therapy and/or hairdressing
