**The **Hospital Vet** Position**

The purpose of the Hospital Veterinarian position is to provide general and critical care management of the in-hospital patients, provide emergency and critical care to patients that present to BVSC, provide other non-specialist veterinary services for the patients of BVSC under the direct supervision of Specialists.

We have a broad and complex caseload with dedicated clients. Our hospital is well equipped with three fully-equipped surgery rooms, digital radiography, two Philips ultrasounds, ECG, multi-slice CT scanner, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, radioactive iodine, endoscopy, 24hr Holter monitor, Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator and access to MRI.

**Your expertise and experience**
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent, and registration to (or eligible for) practice in Queensland
- Experience in a fast-paced emergency setting and/or critical care.
