Disability Support Workers Needed in East Brunswick

We are seeking experienced support workers to provide personal and daily living care for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis in East Brunswick.
Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working as a Disability Support Worker, preferably with a Certificate III in Disability or similar qualification. They will also need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be able to follow and understand individual Care Plans.
The successful applicant will need to undergo a National Police Check (valid for 3 years), an NDIS Worker Screening Check (valid for 5 years), and complete the online NDIS Worker Orientation Module and NDIS New Worker Induction Module. They will also need to provide two professional direct working references and hold a Current Practical First Aid Training Certificate (valid for 3 years).
This is a casual role, with shifts available in the evening and morning. The hourly rate is competitive, and we offer a range of benefits including weekly payroll, easy onboarding process, and opportunities for learning and development.
