Senior Spiritual Care Project Officer

Deliver strategic projects and professional development programs that make a real difference in the spiritual wellbeing of CALHN's community.

  • Lead initiatives that demonstrate the real benefits of spiritual care within the healthcare setting by translating data and research into innovative solutions.

  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of evidence-based spiritual care practices to foster a compassionate and skilled spiritual care workforce.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • A relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or studying towards one in public health, allied health, and/or spiritual care.

  • Proven ability to manage and evaluate large projects independently while meeting deadlines and priorities.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently to lead complex initiatives that improve service outcomes in diverse healthcare settings.

  • Experience in spiritual care practice, project coordination, data analysis, and understanding of governance and equity principles.
