Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and maximizing the value of our solutions.

About This Role:

This is a critical role that involves being the primary management contact point for customers post-sale. You will ensure customers successfully realize the value in our solutions and continue or expand their relationship.

You will also assist the Sales Director in managing and keeping an accurate pipeline and post-sales processes.

  • Identify opportunities for growth by maximizing the value of our solutions to existing accounts.
  • Advocate for customers internally to ensure renewal and reduce churn.
  • Ensure that all customers are fully deployed and operational as soon as practical.
  • Maximize the value of our solutions to customers to ensure renewal.
  • Engage with customers and local field teams post-sale to accelerate deployment and identify areas of focus for successful projects.
  • Support customers with problems and escalations, ensuring they are managed through to a commercial conclusion.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and wants, identifying patterns in customer requirements.
  • Develop strategic account plans for allocated accounts.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and implement remediation plans.
  • Prepare commercial proposals for product or service sales to existing customers.
  • Contribute to customer success management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-growing SaaS technology company, preferably with government, finance, or highly regulated industries.
  • A combination of strong technical skills and good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Commercial mindset and passion for finding innovative solutions.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
