Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Supervise and assist the loss prevention team
  • Monitor building activity during regular business hours and on weekends
  • Complete daily activity reports
  • Take reports of employee/guest incidents and injuries
  • Perform basic first-aid if needed
  • Monitor fire safety equipment
  • Assist with evacuation or other emergency situations

Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and assist the loss prevention team
