Job Title: Senior Consultant - Sustainable Assets and Building Performance

The role of a Senior Consultant is pivotal in shaping the future of real estate for a better world. As a key member of our dynamic Sustainability Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward a more sustainable and low-carbon future.

  • Lead building client programs and project delivery to optimize energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments and energy audits to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for reducing carbon emissions.
  • Develop and implement Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings, incorporating innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Deliver NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development, ensuring seamless integration with client objectives.
  • Support Green Star certification projects (Performance and Interiors), leveraging your expertise to enhance building performance and sustainability.
  • Apply mechanical engineering expertise to optimize HVAC systems and renewable energy integration, driving cost savings and reduced environmental footprint.
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and analytical models, showcasing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations.
  • Experience with Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools.
  • Proven track record in Net Zero Carbon strategy or NABERS Improvement Plan development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Project management experience with proven client relationship capabilities.
