Security Operations Lead

This is a key leadership role that oversees the design and implementation of security operations across multiple data sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cyber Threat Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate potential cyber threats to our systems and data.
  • Incident Response - Develop and implement incident response plans to quickly contain and recover from security incidents.
  • Risk Management - Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Security Governance - Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership - Lead a team of security analysts and engineers to design, implement, and maintain security solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in information security with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of leading incident response and investigations to evidential standards.
  • Strategic security expertise with a focus on threat modelling, event analysis, and incident investigation.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices.
