We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the responsibility of delivering projects from inception to completion.
Collaboration and effective communication are essential in our work environment. We value strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and meeting demanding deadlines.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, maintaining external certifications, and assisting with project documentation.
Responsibilities- Analysis, development, and continuous improvement of quality management systems
- Management of construction quality and verification processes
- Evaluation and inspection of suppliers/subcontractors' quality systems, products, and services
- Monitoring of construction work lots progress and coordination of inspections
- Support of audits/inspections reports and identification of non-conforming work
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong background in inspection processes and record management.
Additionally, they should have proven experience as an ISO Lead Auditor, knowledge of HSEQ compliance, emerging regulations, and trends, as well as advanced knowledge of construction management processes.
A relevant Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management degree is also highly desirable.
