Job Title: Executive Support Officer

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Service Director and Executive Team, driving corporate and clinical governance. They will foster a positive health and safety culture, collaborating with staff and stakeholders to ensure compliance.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Support NBCMHS in achieving strong corporate and clinical governance systems;
  • Establish and maintain a positive health and safety culture;
  • Consult with workers and others on decisions impacting health, safety, and welfare.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will leverage your expertise in adult mental health to promote recovery and well-being for individuals affected by severe and enduring mental illness.

">Requirements:">
  • Extensive experience in high-level administrative tasks at an Executive level;
  • Proven high-level interpersonal, written, and electronic communication skills;
  • Experience or willingness to be trained in NSLHD information systems (e.g., Health Roster, Stafflink, ROB, RISKIT and Oracle).

Qualifications include a Health Manager (Level 1) or equivalent level of experience.
