The Director of Nursing is a key leadership position responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and direction of policies relating to the provision of clinical care. Job Description:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care and align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing practices and programs, making recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with a track record of success in improving patient outcomes and leading teams.
