Job Role

The primary objective of this position is to excel in digital campaign activation, leveraging expertise in various platforms to drive impactful results. Working closely with a collaborative team, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and executing campaigns across key digital channels.

Key responsibilities include overseeing campaign performance, ensuring pacing aligns with budget and goals, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign efficiency. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to discuss updates and issues.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of digital media KPIs, measurement, and reporting. Experience working with Meta, Google Ads, and/or DV360 is highly desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Australian digital media space knowledge is essential, as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and organizational abilities are also crucial for success in this role.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Activate and monitor campaign performance to ensure pacing aligns with budget and goals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to discuss updates and issues.
    • Review and adjust campaign settings, including targeting, creative, and budget.
    • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maintain proper pacing and budget alignment.
    • Regularly monitor live campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in an activation or implementation role, preferably working on digital channels across various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, measurement, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Australian digital media space knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
