Fund Management Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled Fund Manager to lead our team and oversee fund and investment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for process oversight, ensuring compliance with various control standards, and proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.

About the Role
  • Hire, evaluate, and supervise team members, providing guidance and training as necessary to develop their skills.
  • Identify and mitigate external events and regulatory changes that impact the team.
  • Oversee the performance of the service model for the team and drive improvements in financial and performance management and forecast reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support global operations, leveraging strong industry knowledge to support relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive identification and mitigation of risks and opportunities.
  • Leadership and team management, including hiring, evaluating, and supervising team members.
  • Process oversight and improvement, including financial and performance management.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and relationship management.
Requirements
  • Five to seven years of related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
  • CFA or other financial designation preferred.
