Business Development Manager Position

This is a remote opportunity for a licensed business development manager to work 100% from home using our proven sales system with pre-set appointments and a script that minimizes the guesswork involved in sales.

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced business development manager who can leverage their skills to generate revenue. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for conducting phone sales appointments with pre-qualified inbound leads, following a fully scripted process from intro to close, and helping clients choose the right life insurance coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone sales appointments with pre-qualified leads
  • Follow a fully scripted process
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate life insurance policies
  • Submit applications electronically and maintain accurate client information in our CRM
  • Participate in regular team training and development sessions
