Sleep Therapy Care Provider

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-quality patient services at our sleep therapy clinics across the Melbourne region.
This role involves ensuring continuity and maintaining a high standard of patient care by travelling to various clinics, providing hands-on support, and covering staff as needed.
Main Responsibilities- Serve as primary contact for clinics, handling enquiries and providing technical and commercial advice
- Develop strong relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience
- Collaborate closely with physicians to create tailored treatment plans addressing the specific needs of each patient
