We are seeking a Cyber Threat Analyst to join our team.

  • Duration: 12 Months + Extensions
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will conduct proactive threat hunts across enterprise networks, leveraging Cyber Threat Intelligence to support hunt activities. They will develop and maintain threat detection tools, dashboards, and custom use cases, analyse logs and security events to identify anomalous activity, and recommend security enhancements and countermeasures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct proactive threat hunts across enterprise networks.
  2. Leverage Cyber Threat Intelligence to support hunt activities.
  3. Develop and maintain threat detection tools, dashboards, and custom use cases.
  4. Analyse logs and security events to identify anomalous activity.
  5. Recommend security enhancements and countermeasures.
  6. Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  7. Maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require minimum 3 years experience in Cyber Security Incident Response or Threat Hunting, proficiency with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel), and experience using the MITRE ATT&CK framework. You will also need strong skills in designing and testing detection use cases, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and well-developed technical writing abilities.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years in Cyber Security Incident Response or Threat Hunting.
  • Proficiency with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel).
  • Experience using the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
